Q: Do you ship internationally? 

We ship to selected countries with tracking number (selected countries only). Click here for a list of countries we ship to.

If your country is not listed, please send us a request here.

All import duties and taxes are excluded from the shipping costs for international shipments. The customer is responsible for paying the import duties and taxes on your purchase when it arrives in the destination country, if any.

Q: Can I cancel or edit my order?

All orders placed are final. It cannot be cancelled or modified. Please make sure that your address and details are entered correctly at checkout to ensure a pleasant shopping experience and a smooth delivery process.

 

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow us up to 3 working days to process your orders. Any orders placed over the weekend and holidays will be processed the next working day. Expect slight delays during public holidays, peak and sale seasons.

For international delivery, the estimated shipping time is 5–30 working days depending on destination country and customs clearance. Customers may track the parcel status with the tracking number provided in your Shipping Confirmation email.

Q: Where is my order? Can I track my order?

A tracking number will be provided to you in the Shipping Confirmation email once the order has been dispatched. The parcel can be tracked on the official website of the postal service.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged, incorrect or is missing an item? 

Please contact our Customer Care team here for assistance within 7 days of receiving the parcel, with the following information included in your enquiry:

  • Order number
  • Reason for Return / Exchange with pictures or videos of the issue
