Free Standard Shipping (with tracking, on all orders above $55 SGD)
  • Enjoy a complimentary courier delivery delivered to a Singapore address on all orders above $55 SGD
  • Delivery Time: Within 3-5 working days (excluding processing time)

    Express Shipping

    • Shipping Cost: $12 SGD
    • Delivery Time: 1-2 working days (excluding processing time)

      We ship to selected countries with tracking number (selected countries only). Click here for a list of countries we ship to.

      • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of the item(s)

      Please note, the shipping cost at checkout is not inclusive of any foreign country's import duties and taxes, or any other fees imposed by customs. The customer is responsible for paying the import duties and taxes on your purchase when it arrives in the destination country, if any.

      Please allow us up to 3 working days to process your orders. Any orders placed over the weekend and holidays will be processed the next working day. Expect slight delays during public holidays, peak and sale seasons. 

       

      RETURNS & EXCHANGES

      We do not accept any returns or exchanges due to our strict hygiene policy, unless the item(s) is defective.

      Exceptions can be made if the following conditions are met:

      Please contact us within 7 days upon receiving the parcel.

      The term "defective or damaged goods" is not inclusive of damage to goods during shipping or transit, as all orders are carefully packed to ensure they arrive intact and in great condition.

    • Defective or damaged goods refers to significant cosmetic / physical defects
    • If the size, colour*, or item(s) has been shipped incorrectly

    • Sale items are strictly not eligible for any return & exchange.

      Please note that actual colours may vary slightly. There may be some differences between what you see on your computer monitor and what you see on a real product. 

      Our product photos are edited to show the products as lifelike as possible, but please understand that the actual colour may vary slightly due to the fact that every computer monitor displays colours differently.

       

      REFUND EXCEPTIONS

       Eligible for Refund Conditions

      We are unable to process any refund unless it is not available for exchange i.e. last piece left.

      Please contact us within 7 days upon receiving the parcel.

      If your item(s) is eligible for a refund:

      • Item(s) must be brand new, unworn and unused
      Sale items are strictly not eligible for any refund.

         

        To initiate a return and exchange:

        Your item(s) must be brand new, unworn and unused. We cannot exchange or refund item(s) that has visible signs of wear and tear.

        Please contact us here to submit a Return and Exchange request within 7 days of receiving the parcel with the following information included in your enquiry:

        • Order number
        • Reason for Return / Exchange with pictures or videos of the issue

        If a return request does not meet our return conditions, we reserve the right to decline the exchange or refund request. We regret that we cannot offer assistance if any defect is reported after 7 days of receiving the product.
