Gift Card Terms & Conditions

1. The gift card is only valid for 12 months from date of issue. Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date.
2. Expired gift cards cannot be extended, replaced or swapped.
3. The gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in full or partial.
4. Modoru San will not be responsible for replacing any lost or stolen gift card codes.
5. We are unable to refund the gift card value in cash for any Returns & Exchanges. However, our exchange policies still apply and you may contact us for an exchange within 7 days from the date you receive your purchase. You may exchange for any product of the same value, or top up the price difference for a higher value product.
6. All gift cards issued by Modoru San are subjected to a set of terms of conditions, which we reserve the right to change without prior notice in the best interests of the company.
